Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was the stage performer for The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with an undergraduate degree in Theater and Communications. She began her career as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. While continuing to study improvisation with The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television as well as in films. It is her voice and petite stature have enabled Kelly to be able to tackle a number of diverse roles. The public was aware of her public for taking on the role of the evil Samara alongside Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. However her most well-known role is as the cheerful and bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a TV Land Regular on the series between 2011 and 2015, appearing as paralegal during the daytime and the nightclub host. As well, she was the main Regular in ABC Romantically Challenged where she was the charming sassy younger cousin to Alyssa Miano. Also, she played a suburban mother who is anxious on CW No Tomorrow. The actress is famous for her soprano vocals in many cartoons. This includes Doctor McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she was in the role of the slow but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband and two small kids. She enjoys sewing as well as volunteering for school activities.
